no deteriorated rice. As soon as the rice is harvested, there are
already some deteriorated rice grains. During the storage process,
rice will have a fever and other reasons, and some rice will
deteriorate. These moldy rice include yellow rice, black-headed
rice, white belly rice, yellow grain rice, and black diseased rice,
which not only affects the commodity value of rice, It also affects
the health of consumers. Only by screening out impurities and
heterochromatic particles can we obtain rice that consumers can eat
at ease. The appearance of a large Beige sorter makes it no longer
a problem to screen deteriorated rice.
The rice enters the machine from the hopper at the top. Through the
vibration of the vibrator device, the rice slides along the channel
accelerate its fall, enters the observation area in the sorting
room, and passes between the sensor and the background plate. Under
the action of the light source, according to the intensity and
color change of the light, the system generates an output signal to
drive the solenoid valve to work, blow out different color
particles to the waste cavity of the receiving hopper, and the good
rice continues to fall to the finished product cavity of the
receiving hopper, so as to achieve the purpose of selection. The
large Beige separator can not only screen different colored rice
grains, but also screen sand, gravel, soil blocks, and other
different colored grains.
